SwimRun floats in

The SwimRun phenomenon that has swept the world in the past three years is about to reach South Africa. Starting on January 15 from Sandy Bay, the nudist beach between Llandudno and Hout Bay, the Torpedo SwimRun will take competitors to Clifton along 16km of Cape Town's Atlantic coastline.There will be eight runs of 13km in temperatures around 30C and eight swims of 3km in the frigid 10C ocean.
