Suspect arrested in Mitchell’s Plain for possession of drugs

A 28-year-old man will appear in the Mitchell’s Plain Magistrate’s Court in Cape Town on Monday after allegedly being found in possession of a large quantity of drugs. Western Cape police spokesman Captain FC van Wyk said the suspect was arrested on Thursday afternoon after by Mitchell's Plain Crime Prevention Unit members received information about drug dealing in Merrydale Road‚ Portlands.
