At least we've started to tackle rugby's problems

The primary reason I agreed to co-facilitate the ongoing national coaching indaba in Cape Town this week is because I have strong opinions on South African rugby and want to be part of finding a workable solution. We can all criticise the state of South African rugby and see that something is amiss, but the challenge in life lies in being part of the solution instead of the problem.
