Lots of students already do not pay for university

Higher Education Minister Blade Nzimande says 90% of students at the University of Fort Hare don't pay at all‚ or don't pay a large part of fees. At the University of Johannesburg‚ this applied to 75% of students.He was speaking in the National Assembly. A group of people wearing Free Education t-shirts stood up the minister started making his statement on fees.
