ER24 says the circumstances of the incident are unknown A 35-year-old man is in a critical condition after he was found hanging from a tree in a park in Highlands North‚ Johannesburg.Shortly before 11am on Sunday paramedics arrived on the scene where bystanders took them to a river flowing through the park.
