A Bulgarian was arrested in Cape Town early on Friday in a raid in which skimming devices‚ a cellphone jammer and cloned bank cards were seized. Several passports and identity documents‚ cash‚ homemade company stamps and ammunition were also confiscated in the raid in Brackenfell‚ carried out at 1.
