David Coleman Headley, 49, and Tahawwur Hussain Rana, 48, were charged in separate complaints filed yesterday in the District Court in Chicago.

Prosecutors said Headley travelled to Denmark to identify potential targets and Rana helped arrange his travel.

Headley is charged with conspiracy to commit terrorist acts involving murder and maiming. He could be sentenced to life if convicted.

Both men are charged with conspiracy to provide material support to a foreign terrorist conspiracy.

The US government and the majority of it's people are total hypocrites. When acts of terror are carried out by them, it's called acts of "protecting national interests" or "in the interest of national security", but when others behave in the same way, it's called "terrorism".
