Too much infrastructure has been allowed to collapse by incompetent councils and government agencies. The collapse is aggravated by inane politicians like Julius Malema, who consistently deflect attention away from the essential issues of collapsed services and incompetent public servants. What is required is competent officials, not deployed ANC cadres who don't know how to run sophisticated systems.
