Rewrite ministers' handbook
M Jacobs, Durban: There has been much said recently about the handbook for ministers which is used very effectively to condone their outrageous spending.
The handbook should have been revised two years ago due to the economic crisis. The rest of the world has done so. In today's economic climate South African citizens have had to tighten their belts to make ends meet. Should our ministers not be doing the same with taxpayers' money?
