Harassment probe must look deeper
F Jones : The probe into allegations of sexual harassment of cadets is welcomed.
However, it is hoped that part of the investigation will be to look at whether the perpetrators of the harassment had an interest in eliminating a possible competitor for a desired position.
It has been well documented worldwide that harassment is used as a means to clear the way for the ambitions of the perpetrators of such harassment in order to facilitate access to a desired job opportunity.
