'Jeep' inventor a real genius
Jan Wijninckx, Wellington, New Zealand: I live in New Zealand and get newspaper cuttings from my mother-in-law.
On one cutting, there is a fantastic picture of a "jeep" made of bicycle parts ("Reinventing the wheels", July 6).
What fantastic engineering, gearing, pedals, steering - sheltered from rain and wind.
I hope the inventor has been offered a university scholarship.
