State isn't doing it, so let's do it ourselves

Everson Luhanga, Sandton | 03 September, 2010 00:320 Comments

Everson Luhanga, Sandton: Strikers are showing their dissatisfaction with Jacob Zuma's administration. Threats against Zuma's second chance as a presidential candidate are being heard.

But I can't see anyone within the ANC who is good enough to rule us and to deliver on the promises made during campaigning. Neither can one of the union leaders win the hearts of South Africans crippled by poverty, improper sewerage and unequal sharing of job opportunities.

Whoever thinks he can solve the problems will take on a job that will give him sleepless nights. It's time to look after ourselves instead of waiting for everything from government.
