Public protector needs support in face of harsh criticism: Cope

The Congress of the People (Cope) will register its dissatisfaction with the African National Congress (ANC) attacks on Thuli Madonsela with a placard demonstration out side the public protector’s office next week. “At its very inception‚ Cope swore to defend the Constitution. Over the last six years‚ we made good on that undertaking‚” the party’s Dennis Bloem said on Wednesday.
