Mmusi Maimane was scheduled to lend his weight to the battle over a “vital” ward in the Nelson Mandela Bay Metro on Monday. The Democratic Alliance (DA) leader’s visit comes two day’s ahead of the by-election for Ward 30‚ which it will compete for against the African National Congress (ANC) and the United Democratic Movement.
