SA likes Cape Town, Buffalo City full of bull: consumer satisfaction scores

Consumers of municipal services across eight of the largest South African metropolitan municipalities have again given them the lowest satisfaction score measured in the SAcsi at 61.8 out of 100‚ up slightly from last year’s score of 60.8. This is according to the South African Customer Satisfaction Index (SAcsi) released today.
