President Jacob Zuma landed in Zimbabwe today - to attend talks about industrialisation.

Maite Nkoana-Mashabane, Minister of International Relations and Cooperation, Dr Rob Davies, Minister of Trade and Industry, and Nhlanhla Nene, Minister of Finance are accompanying him.

He will be attending the Southern African Development Community (SADC) Extra-ordinary Summit of Heads of State and Government.

The summit comes after the 34th Ordinary SADC Summit of Heads of State and Government mandated a meeting between Southern Africa's trade ministers to develop a roadmap to industrialisation.

"Furthermore, it is also expected that the SADC Leaders will discuss preparations for the upcoming Third COMESA-EAC-SADC Tripartite Summit (Egypt, June 2015) and launch of the Tripartite Free Trade Area (TFTA), as well as preparations for the launch of negotiations for the Continental Free Trade Area (CFTA)," the presidency said in a statement.

Requests for the money to be paid back are unlikely to come up - as EFF Julius Malema is only due in Zimbabwe on 7 May.
