Popo Molefe the chairman of the Passenger Rail Agency of South Africa, has opened a case with the police after discovering there is a plot to have him killed.

Molefe told EWN that he was told of the plot after a MK Veterans meeting at the end of May.

“Subsequent to me receiving that information, on a number of occasions there have been strange individuals who have attempted to gain entry to the complex where I live,” said Molefe.

MK Veterans’ Kebby Maphatsoe however, says he was at the same meeting and that Molefe wasn't discussed.

Recently Prasa CEO Lucky Montana was dismissed, and engineering head Daniel Mthimkhulu suspended.
