Parliament to review 'unintended consequences' of post apartheid laws

Former president Kgalema Motlanthe will chair a panel to review existing legislation dating back to 1994‚ for any "unintended consequences" it may have had on communities especially in terms of transformation. Parliamentary speaker Baleka Mbete said on Tuesday the advisory panel will look at laws that require strengthening or changing in the interest of the development agenda.
