ANC councillors facing murder charges to return to court

Two ANC councillors facing charges of murder are due to appear in the Durban high court on Monday. Mduduzi (Nqola) Christian Ngcobo and Luvelile Lutshelu are charged with the murder of Thuli Ndlovu‚ the chairperson of the KwaNdengezi branch of the shackdweller movement Abahlali baseMjondolo KwaNdengezi‚ on September 29 2014.
