Cope expects Makhura to deliver on his promise and scrap tolling

The Congress of the People (Cope) expects Gauteng Premier David Makhura “will bite the bullet and announce the complete scrapping of the much hated e-tolls” when State of the Province address on Monday morning.“This will be in line with the promise he made at the beginning of his term of office‚” said Cope’s Dennis Bloem.
