Parliament appreciates the clarity provided by Thursday’s Constitutional Court findings particularly with regards to Chapter 9 institutions and will use the judgment to guide Parliament in future‚ the Speaker‚ Baleka Mbete said on Sunday.She told a news briefing by Parliament’s presiding officers that the judgment made sound‚ balanced and critical findings.
