Trollip says municipality lied to Van Rooyen about billboard removal

The Democratic Alliance (DA) has accused the Nelson Mandela Bay Municipality of lying to Cooperative Governance Minister Des van Rooyen about who authorised the removal of a billboard in Port Elizabeth last month.The billboard which read “Danny Jordaan proudly brought to you by Jacob Zuma” was removed hours after it was erected.
