Former ANCYL president tells magistrate he doesn’t need an attorney yet

MP and former African National Congress Youth League president Mlungisi “Lulu” Johnson said he is “being guided by circumstances” and is yet to appoint an attorney as he faces charges of driving under the influence and reckless and negligent driving.At his last appearance in the Port Elizabeth Magistrates Court in March‚ the case was postponed for blood test results and for Johnson to appoint an attorney.
