The Democratic Alliance (DA)’s Phumzile van Damme on Tuesday appeared to be getting impatient with the African National Congress (ANC) remaining mum on its mayors.She again rolled out the criticism that the ruling party “governs like black lives don't matter”‚ saying its secretary-general‚ Gwede Mantashe‚ hasn’t made good on a promise to “reveal its mayoral candidates within 10 days”.
