PAC could be back in the mix for municipal elections

The Pan Africanist Congress of Azania (PAC) has until 5pm on Thursday “to submit candidate nominations” if it is to take part in this year’s local government elections. This is required‚ a statement by the Electoral Commission (IEC) said‚ “to give effect to the court judgment”.The commission said it had on Wednesday night “met with the leadership of the PAC in an attempt to resolve issues related to the participation of the PAC in the 2016 Municipal Elections”.
