Thoko Didiza speaks about violent resistance to her candidacy as Tshwane mayor

African National Congress Tshwane mayoral candidate Thoko Didiza on Thursday said she has never been made to feel like a "foreigner" in the capital city. This was the first time Didiza was publicly speaking since her candidature was announced and violent protests broke out in Tshwane. Disgruntled ANC members and supporters took to the streets insisting that current mayor Kgosientso Ramokgopa return to his position.
