After ten years of the Democratic Alliance governing the City of Cape Town it is unrecognisable from the mess the party inherited from the ANC in 2006‚ DA leader Mmusi Maimane says. When the DA took over the city‚ infrastructure and maintenance projects stood abandoned‚ he told an election rally at Khayelitsha.
