Fransman heads for court in bid to be reinstated

Suspended ANC Western Cape chairman Marius Fransman has reportedly approached the Western Cape High Court in a bid to be reinstated. This comes as confusion reigns as to whether he’s entitled to resume work or not. Fransman is insisting that he is no longer suspended. However‚ the ANC insists he has not been reinstated and that he is still facing a disciplinary hearing.
