Voting opens in Joburg

Voting stations opened – and some didn’t – in and around Johannesburg on Wednesday‚ with some frustrated voters suggesting a conspiracy was afoot. Radio 702 received numerous calls after 7am reporting long queues outside venues that had yet to open‚ citing‚ amongst others‚ undelivered voters rolls and ballot papers as reasons for the delays.
