Tshwane almost done‚ DA still leading

The counting of votes in the country’s capital city‚ Tshwane‚ is almost done and the Democratic Alliance seems to be well on the path to snatching the council out of the hands of the African National Congress. As at 10am with 99% of the votes counted in Tshwane‚ the DA led with 43.14% followed by the ANC with 41.
