Have the EFF and DA hugged and made up over Mashaba?

Would the Economic Freedom Fighters (EFF) stick to its guns and oppose the Democratic Alliance’s (DA) Herman Mashaba taking over as Johannesburg mayor? Or was EFF spokesperson Mbuyiseni Ndlozi’s big hug on Monday morning evidence of a softening of hostility towards Mashaba?The Red Berets had indicated that‚ while rejecting coalitions with other opposition parties‚ it would vote with the DA in hung councils to unseat the African National Congress (ANC).
