Nail-biting‚ scratching heads‚ reclining in seats. That was some of body language on display by councillors in the City of Ekurhuleni's inaugural meeting in Germiston on Tuesday. While their colleagues took oaths and affirmations in groups of 10‚ boredom had begun to creep in.The swearing-in of councillors started at about 10.
