The swearing-in of councillors in the City of Ekurhuleni has gotten underway.A total of 244 councillors were to be sworn in on Tuesday at the council’s inaugural meeting.Council proceedings began as scheduled at 10am‚ watched by a huge media contingent. By 10.30am‚ councillors were being sworn in in groups of 10.
