ANC’s Lungisa hands himself over to cops after bloody council brawl

Nelson Mandela Bay African National Congress (ANC) councillor Andile Lungisa‚ accompanied by his lawyer Luthando Ngqakayi and another ANC councillor‚ Makhi Feni‚ handed himself over at the Humewood police station. This follows a brawl at a council meeting on Thursday in which two other councillors were injured and taken to hospital.
