PE poo protesters demand meeting with councillor - she locks door

Disgruntled Ward 22 community members in Nelson Mandela Bay dumped faeces outside councillor Nosipho Belu's office in protest on Thursday morning.This after the African National Congress introduced four ward councillor candidates who were all apparently rejected by community members.Councillor Belu was currently locked inside her office and community members were demanding that she step out to meet with them.This is a developing story.
