The South African National Defence Force will not be deployed to restore order in Tshwane‚ says government. “The situation is assessed every day. Every morning‚ National Joint Operational and Intelligence Structure‚ NATJOINTS‚ (officials) come and assess developments in the country. It depends on the outcomes of that assessment which they present to the structures that be.
