The African National Congress has taken a second step towards claiming a landslide victory in the City of Ekurhuleni.Having already claimed the position of speaker of council‚ which was taken by the incumbent Patricia Khumalo‚ the ANC mayoral candidate Mzwandile Masina claimed the victory with 117 votes against the Democratic Alliance's Ghaleb Cachalia's 106.
