"You must not allow Mr Zuma to address this house because he violated his oath of office and lied to the country‚" member Tebogo Mokwele charged.National Council of Provinces (NCOP) chairperson Thandi Modise interrupted Mokwele and cautioned her about her conduct.But Mokwele insisted that Zuma should not be allowed to speak on the basis that he violated his oath of office...
