Arts and Culture Minister Nathi Mthethwa has taken to social media to condemn resurgent anti-foreigner sentiment in South Africa.

"Our African neighbours are our brothers & sisters. We are all Nigerians‚ we are all Zimbabweans‚ we're all South Africans. #WeareAllAfricans," he tweeted.
