Times Media relinquishes Stuff, launches new title

Times Media will no longer publish Stuff magazine.

After launching and successfully publishing Stuff SA for five years, the November/December issue currently on shelves will be the last issue.

Times Media’s license to publish Stuff SA was not renewed.

Times Media says it will launch a new magazine title at the beginning of 2013.

“We have a very capable, proven team and an extensive track record of successfully launching and developing publications in the South African market,” says Stuff's former deputy editor Charles Boffard.

Boffard will edit the new title.

“Now we're turning our talents, relationships and market knowledge to launching a home-grown South African magazine title for the luxury market at the beginning of the year.”

Stuff SA will continue to publish in 2013 as a monthly magazine.
