The Stormers will be without Peter Grant again when they take on the resurgent Bulls in their key Super Rugby clash at Newlands on Saturday, but Andries Bekker returns to the starting line-up.

Bekker, who has played ever single match for the Cape side this season, is back after enjoying a bit of a break, having been on the bench against the Rebels.

Stormers coach Allister Coetzee has gone with a 5-2 fowards-backs split on the substitute’s bench, an indication that he is expecting a tough struggle for his forwards.

With Grant out, Kurt Coleman, who scored 18 points in the win against the Rebels last week, enjoys an extended run with the No.10 jersey.

According to the Stormers website, Dewaldt Duvenage was training on Wednesday and makes his way back from an ankle injury via the bench.

Ricky Januarie will start.

Stormers: Conrad Jantjies, Gio Aplon, Jacque Fourie, Jean de Villiers, Bryan Habana, Kurt Coleman, Ricky Januarie, Duane Vermeulen, Francois Louw, Schalk Burger, Andries Bekker, Rynhardt Elstadt, Brok Harris, Deon Fourie, Wicus Blaauw.

Replacements: Tiaan Liebenberg, Steven Kitshoff, Frans Malherbe, Anton van Zyl, Nick Koster, Dewaldt Duvenage, Juan de Jongh.
