The Bulls confirmed on Thursday that they would play a Super Rugby warm-up match against the Cheetahs at Peter Mokaba Stadium on January 24.

"It's always a real pleasure for our team to play in Polokwane," Bulls chief executive Barend van Graan said.

"The professionalism shown by the organising committee is always of the highest standard, and the reception we receive from the fans is also something that our players and management really look forward to.

"It's also a great spectacle for all the rugby fans in Polokwane, as most of them are not able to travel to Pretoria or Bloemfontein for Super Rugby games."

The Pretoria outfit will take to the 2010 World Cup stadium for the fourth consecutive year.

The fixture forms part of a partnership between the Blue Bulls Company (BBCo) and the Polokwane Municipality, which is aimed at generating funds for tertiary students in the province.
