Hurricanes book home Super rugby final

The Hurricanes booked a second consecutive home Super Rugby final after a suffocating the Chiefs to win 25-9 in Wellington. The Chiefs made most of the running‚ dominating territory and possession but made an unusually high number of mistakes and poor options‚ which cost them in the end. Co-captain Sam Cane was the main culprit with two of his mistakes leading directly to 14 points for the Hurricanes‚ who were inspired by a brilliant performance from flyhalf Beauden Barrett.
