Evra says 'traitor' leaked details of Anelka rant
France captain Patrice Evra says there is "a traitor" among France's World Cup staff who must have leaked details of Nicolas Anelka's expletive-filled rant to a newspaper.
The Chelsea striker was thrown out of the France squad on Saturday, hours after sports daily L'Equipe reported that Anelka made obscene comments to Domenech at halftime of Thursday's 2-0 loss to Mexico.
The French football federation said Anelka had to go because he refused to apologize when asked to do so by the FFF's president Jean-Pierre Escalettes.
Evra says the leak "came from someone in this group, who wishes the French team harm" and that "the problem isn't Anelka, it's the traitor among us."
