Mashaba to announce squad to face Congo on Thursday

Bafana Bafana coach Shakes Mashaba is set to announce his squad to face Congo Brazzaville in back-to-back 2015 Africa Cup of Nations (Afcon) qualifiers on Thursday.

South Africa will travel to Point Noire to take on Congo on Saturday, October 11, before returning to South Africa to play them again four days later in Polokwane.

Bafana beat Sudan 3-0, in Khartoum, in their opening 2015 Afcon qualifier, before holding Group A favourites and current Afcon champions, Nigeria, to a goalless draw in Cape Town earlier this month.
