Chelsea manager Guus Hiddink has reminded Eden Hazard of his priorities, asking the midfielder to focus on improving his form and fitness rather than contemplating a potential move at the end of the season. Ahead of Tuesday's Champions League clash with Paris St Germain (PSG), Hazard left the door open on a move to Spanish giants Real Madrid or the French club to fulfil his ambition of winning the Champions League.
