WATCH: Malema calls the ANC ‘bloody voting cattle’

Watch a heated Julius Malema, EFF leader, call ANC members 'bloody voting cattle' as they debated whether Speaker Baleka Mbete should recuse herself ahead of the motion to impeach President Jacob Zuma in Parliament on Tuesday.

The debate in the National Assembly got off to a rowdy start with opposition parties calling for Mbete to step down.

At one point Malema took the microphone shouting at Mbete: "You are not qualified to tell me to sit down. You are not a Speaker. You are sitting there illegally. You violated the constitution. We cannot discuss Zuma with you presiding over this matter."

When the ANC suggested the matter be put to the vote, Malema turned on them, criticising them for being 'bloody voting cattle'
