The latest edition of the Sunday Times Food Weekly Cookbook is here! Following the success of the first edition, published in 2012, the annual cookbook is a compilation of favourite recipes featured in Sunday Times Food Weekly over the past year.
"Putting the cookbook together is a highlight of the year for the Food Weekly team," said FW editor Hilary Biller. "The most difficult part is making the selection of recipes as we spend hours drooling over the photographs and recipes."
In following food trends, the cookbook offers accessible, easy recipes featuring bold, modern flavours. There's something for everyone, from salads to soups and pickles to seafood, chicken and meat and a large vegetarian section. And for those with a sweet tooth there are cakes and desserts galore. The 200-page compilation is divided into 14 sections and includes 140 recipes.
