Strawberry, asparagus & feta salad

Three ingredients is all it takes to make this colourful summer salad that's dressed with balsamic vinegar and olive oil

Serves: 4

Ingredients:

1 punnet strawberries, hulled and cut in half

1 bunch fresh asparagus, steamed and chopped

3-4 rounds feta cheese, crumbled

Salt and pepper, to taste

To serve:

Balsamic vinegar

Olive oil

Sesame seeds, lightly toasted (optional)

Method:

Gently toss the strawberries, asparagus and feta cheese together. Season with salt and pepper and dress with balsamic vinegar and olive oil. Sprinkle with lightly toasted sesame seeds.
