1)Gauteng Concert

Requiem for the Living

A dramatic concert (oratorio) work written for a large instrumental ensemble. Composed by Dr Rexleigh Bunyard, this indigenous work was created for choirs, orchestra and soloists to raise awareness of Aids orphans. Computicket R120-R250. www.reqliving.org

2)KZN Agricultural show

The Sweetest Show on Earth

Beaumont Eston Farmers Club, August 27-28

A fun-filled family weekend, the Eston Show has been popular with agriculture enthusiasts for the past 62 years. It includes live music, including Gangs of Ballet, a crafts and flea market, a beer tent, a strongman demonstration and a skydiving exhibition. www.theestonshow.co.za

3) Cape Town Art
